bonedead
Floating /status or /injuries on a character much like a moving /scene that sticks on a character, would be useful in visualizing injuries or status effects! An illness system and more in depth injury system would also be cool! 7 Link to comment
pazzz
A little bit more of an advanced injury system may be a good idea. For example, if you get hurt someone, either that's with a gun, knife whatever. As your character bleeds out, it should have random intervals of stumbling, slower movement, limping, maybe even your screen blacking out for a second or two. This could also be adjusted by having drug HP for example, which could potentially give your character more adrenaline, letting them push through it a little more before the effects come into play. 16 1 Link to comment
waterwings
We need a more advanced payment system, medical care shouldn't come free. Rather than an illness RNG, or an injury system following injury, this would honestly help people realise what they are RPing around more the most. I do believe that an injury system would be something that comes into play for things like car crashes and gunshot wounds, and should be considered. Drive into a wall at 60 MPH? %RNG*speed chance to break a leg or something, and that disables running until you attend a hospital. Does it make for RPG mechanics? Sure. But it also prevents characters from getting fixed up by eating candy and applying a bandage after tanking a headshot. 6 2 1 Link to comment
SpartanofSparta
Right now if people go into injured state, they play accept death speedrun because there is zero L for doing it. Just spawn at hospital. Make an L for doing it. Easiest way for people to engage. 3 Link to comment

Irrtadum
probably something like more consequences for injuries like from shootings if you survive, or after you get shot you get like insanely bad accuracy (if it's in an arm or hand) just generally stuff that would have more DOWN TIME for people so they don't rush back into shooting each other like after an hour? Or you start to limp if you get hurt in the leg or alike... tldr more consequences for more serious stuff? EDIT: MAKE EVERYONE PAY FOR HEALTHCARE, GOD BLESS THE USA Edited February 14 by Irrtadum 3 1 Link to comment
Jokigo
"Illness system" as mentioned earlier, sounds like an interesting addition that could enhance the overall gameplay experience. It would be great to see characters randomly catching generic illnesses such as the common cold or a stomach bug, and then having to seek medical assistance to treat it. This could involve going to see a doctor or GP to get medication like cold and flu tablets, or even more intense medication like cocodamol if the illness is severe. Such an illness system would definitely add to the immersion factor of the game. 2 Link to comment

Red Reika
A possible heavy script suggestion along with some rules changes in the process, but hey, a suggestion either way, won't hurt to drop it. Here it goes: Working a script where every time you're PK'd, you'll take permanent damage to your health that can only be recovered after a (script-based) medical treatment at a medical facility to recover your health to the regular full, where people will have to schedule and attend. That'd tackle two problems at the same time, reducing reckless glorified DM'ing and giving medical roleplay some more importance. If you add costs to the medical treatment, then you also add another money sink to avoid inflation, so even better. 6 1 Link to comment
