PeopleKind
Detailed Description Hunting & Fishing, like the rest of the script jobs, are locked behind asset value. Meaning once you reach a specific amount of asset value, you make essentially zero income from the job. However, hunting & fishing are more RP than actual "jobs". This asset value limit kills the incentive for people to do these activities other than RP. Especially since there's a faction that heavily relies on RP from hunters & fishers (San Andreas State Parks). Relevant Commands/Items Remove the asset value limit How will it benefit the server? Brings more incentive to people to go hunting & fishing, in turn bringing more RP to the county & to the SASP as well. 9 1 1 Link to comment

I would argue the fishing script is not even designed for roleplay. If you're typing a dialogue and the script triggers a catch, you won't be able to /catch, so fishing for profit and roleplaying at the same time is just not doable. On the other hand, hunting and roleplaying is easy and profitable; your profit is capped at ~$150,000 a month ($750 * 200 ammunition, without counting animals that die on their own), assuming you don't get penalized by the asset lock. On the contrary, my friend, if you are commercial fishing, it brings a ton of reolplay to the waters, the tug catches 10 or so fish at a time and doesn't require you to stop rping to type /catch. The issue is, fish already sell for dirt cheap, to begin with, but when you hit the asset cap/lmitier you are really screwed. Fish go from maybe 150 a piece to like 25-10 dollars. Therefore not promoting any kind of fishing RP. Same with hunting. Link to comment

Rayy
+1 Buying one modern vehicle raises you to the asset limit. Money is a OOC asset anyway, why should it be taxed, and allow people to rp and earn something decent. Link to comment

Sure, no cap can result in noobs coming & running over wildlife for easy cash but if that happens it just gives SASP more RP to do Link to comment
