Detailed Description Say you're on the phone with a friend of yours, and you tell your friend to pass the phone to someone you might be close to, well you can't do this on the server currently, and I think the feature would be pretty cool and creative. Relevant Commands/Items /passphone [targ] How will it benefit the server? Allow players to pass the phone and the conversation on the phone around, and once the phone is hung up it'll automatically script wise be replaced back into the original phone owners hand but of course should be role-played.

Detailed Description So in GTA:O in the low-rider update you can make certain parts of the low-rider glow with neon colors inside of it, on GTA: W you can't do that, it would be fire to add that customization to make your vehicle glow in the mechanic shops for instance in GTA:Online what I'm going to leave below would glow in neon but on GTA: W it doesn't. ADDITION: Maybe add a dealership and move ALL lowriders to that specific one a place for this could be Benny's Motorshop, and I don't think the Minivan Custom is in the server but please add it. Relevant Commands/Items Addition in Mechanic Stops How will it benefit the server? It'll make customizing low-riders more fun and give a fire look to the vehicle.
