If you want to stop the ridiculously low resale values, you have to bring /vscrap up to a better percentage, and maybe even make it account for mods the car has. Otherwise, people really like offering the least they possibly can. Even with properties, they'll offer 20k under market value and act surprised when you say no. They expect you to accept because server-selling only gives you 50%. Greedy community, car flippers, and a the /vscrap percentage are all to blame.

Nope. I understand why it sucks to lose a property on an alt... but get a multi-interior instead for those characters, the requirement is far easier to maintain. Holding a standalone property on an alt you don't even play for 3 hrs every 2 weeks is selfish when it could go to someone else. Also, I haven't noticed the timer being broken. It's a rolling timer, if that helps explain it. For example.. You play 4 hours on Sept 1st, then 2 hours on Sept 12th. You're safe, until around Sept 16th. Then those 4 hours from Sept 1st disappear from the counter and you only have 2 hrs played and the property goes poof. Also sometimes property admins reclaim properties manually. I've lost a property on accident to this before too. It was later returned because they'd gotten the wrong parameters and took a lot of people's properties. If your property disappears without the market price refund in your bank log, it was probably taken by an admin.

This little setting in your Privacy tab. It might as well be useless. Toggling it only disables you showing online (green dot) on the chat sidebar when you have the site open, and shows some other symbol when you don't have it open. Even if you have chat disabled, and you open the site and scroll a little then close/tab away, it shows "Last seen # minutes/hours/days ago" under your name on their chat list. Like this: My suggestion is this: If it's disabled, other people shouldn't be able to see "Last seen # minutes/days ago" on you when you pop up on their chat sidebar, at all. Currently it updates every time you load the site or click something. Can we disable that please?

Our FB is more of a mixture of Twitter+Instagram because that's what our demographic favors. The thing is, all of those sites cater their actual algorithm to what you WANNA see. So if you wanna see thirst traps & influencers modeling, you do. If all you like & comment & follow on is memes, that's what you get. If you follow a bunch of professional companies and family, you'll see more basic stuff. Obviously, our FB doesn't have this algorithm. Your feed shows only who you add, so that's all on you to unfollow what you don't wanna see. The discover page gives you access to everything else you can look through if you're bored. Quickdate was supposed to take the desperate thirst traps & revealing OnlyFans style content away but some people don't go there cause they don't wanna actually link up/date/ERP, they just want likes.

Yes there are tons of different variations of slang across different coasts & cities & countries. You could say something using East coast slang that gets you funny looks on the West coast. I don't know who originally did the Google Translate / dictionary translation for "word" and decided it was slang, but it's not. Urbandictionary disagrees and it doesn't matter because people textbook-translate other terms and give definitions to their own names on there. Who has actually heard a real Latino say palabra on the street, as a slang replacement for "word". *Not your friends pretending to be Hispanic and appropriating the entire culture as their discord identity when they're actually European, they don't count.

Hard to say. Facebrowser has several pages that look the same because people copy other character's faces, or other people's editing style. Often it's not the same person at all and I've gotten several people confused with each other because of this. If their background story is the same, it doesn't hurt to ask and if it IS the same person ooc, they might realize their mistakes in playing basically the same character again.

-1 Escorting is a legal job, prostitution isn't. You don't know which one the ad is actually for without reporting or having an admin look into it. Censoring ads including the words "job" & "work" will also probably censor ads run by businesses who are HIRING instead.

Nope. There's existing businesses & gangs in the area that developed without this looking like a homeless wasteland. I understand it makes sense to match the IRL comparison but that's why Rockstar themselves already added tents, camps, and burning barrels in alleys and under bridges there. This mod is just excessive. And this adds way too many props to an area that is NOTORIOUS for texture loss right now.
