  1. Chapter 10: Venus In Furs Los Santos, San Andreas While Buntz's power grows in city hall, he works to maintain his extant career and connections... but keeping his bubble afloat is easier said than done, especially with the publicity that comes from public office. As his connections to Eurasian Organized Crime and the Israeli community in Morningwood grows, Buntz also makes connections with others in the seedy underbelly of Los Santos, on both sides of the law. With mounting pressure from the media and his constituents to examine the issue of Davis High School's lack of funding, Buntz shifts much of his attention toward giving back to old friends... in the form of highly valued government contracts. Outside of his professional persona, Frank's paranoia seems to calm; but ironically, the sterile nature of public life has left him itching for a return to the streets. In between his daily balancing act at city hall, his suspicion of his own ancestry and the creeping resurgence of his alcohol and cocaine addiction, Frank's mask of sanity is threatened to crack... or worse. 3. Currently the winning bid.
  4. Price: $45,000 I'm selling this beautiful black 1984 Imponte Ruiner with only 336 miles on the odometer. It is in near-mint condition, with custom wheels, dark-colored tints, a spoiler and white pearlescent paint. The engine is stock, though the car still handles very well and is capable of relatively high speeds on asphalt roads. This car was stored primarily in a garage, and it has a pristine exterior except for minor paint chipping around the rims. The rear window also has a leak and rainwater will seep in (but tape generally fixes the issue). The interior is a custom-ordered black Italian leather imported from Emilia-Romagna, with zero scratches or tears. I'm looking to get around $45,000 for this car or a better offer. 6. Here's my take on this. Obviously desync can be a culprit for a lot of traffic collisions, and the ability to /vpark a vehicle damaged due to desync or mutually agreeing to void a crash is something too convenient to eliminate overnight. However, there are also a lot of crashes that are the result of GTA Online driving... and even though it might be a headache to some, if IC traffic laws were enforced more often it'd give a reason to have them in the IC penal code in the first place. What I mean specifically is GTA Online drivers during peak server hours. Sometimes I drive through Davis and get side-swiped and run off the road by normal characters not even RPing a drag racer, because they only care about getting to their destination. I don't think traffic laws should be enforced to the degree of stopping at every light and using blinkers, but people would become more conscious of driving "realistically" if there was more IC law enforcement on bad driving. It's ultimately an IC issue. Another idea is to have public speed trap cameras while in the city. It would give drag racers/criminals a reason to swap license plates to avoid getting ticketed. It should be an IC thing, criminal chars should be given the ability to break the law and find creative ways of doing so. Trying to fix this issue OOCly will only piss people off.
  7. Chapter 9: Rubicon South Los Santos, San Andreas Prior to his election to the city council of Los Santos, Buntz spent several weeks campaigning intensely; pulling strings to advance himself within the Republican Party, while also having his own string pulled by Dmitry "Dima" Levin, Buntz's number one client and leader of the city's Eurasian mafia. As the attention from the press and his fellow councilors grew, Buntz resorted to putting his street life on the shelf. In his own words, when he could "graduate from the gutter, he took himself out of the gutter." In the quiet of his new, legitimate existence, he slowly begins to fall back into alcoholism. Outside of politics, Buntz maintains his relationship with disgraced ex-journalist Mia Harris, though the emotional wounds from Michigan begin creeping up on him... specifically, the impending death of his father due to Alzheimer's Disease, as well as his ex-wife Sherry, who he hasn't contacted in nearly nine years. He also questions his own genealogy, while embracing Judaism. As his influence in both the deep state and politics grows, Buntz finally frees himself of his bondage to the streets; though not all of his enemies wear nitrile gloves - some of them come with smiles.
