Yeah, that’s my whole point all together. I am all for people giving leadership a shot for their FIRST time, that doesn’t do harm to anyone.

I agree, but I’m speaking on behalf of those who constantly open and close, open and close, and… open and close. Everyone deserves to give it a shot, but leadership roles aren’t for everybody, just like it’s not for everyone in real life. There’s leaders and there are followers.

As many of us know, there’s been a large influx of factions opening and miraculously closing without even reaching 10 pages. A lot of these factions that end up closing are quite sub-par, and doesn’t even align with the servers standards. And what really doesn’t help is allowing those who has a previous track record of opening and closing factions relatively quickly due to inactivity and/or sub-par roleplay to still be able to open these factions. Yes, I’m a firm believer of giving players a chance at their own concept/faction idea but I genuinely find it unfair to the server as a whole. Why is it unfair you might ask? It’s unfair because there’s plenty of long standing factions already present in the server that lack strong activity and members due to this ongoing problem. Players have stopped wanting to join factions and have stopped wanting to develop their character within them, and has instead opted to taking the easy way out by creating a faction and granting themselves instant leadership and authority over characters, only to close within the matter of a month. I am aware of there already being a process in making an unofficial faction, but this discussion was made because that process is not strict enough, and it’s gotten to a point to where almost anyone can wake up one day and create a faction. Please give your opinions on making the process more strict or not!

There’s a lot wrong with them and their subpar roleplay. Onto my thoughts on religious RP? It would be a good aspect but as we all know Los Angeles is not all that religious as compared to many other cities and states within the US. Same goes with the GTA World player base, there’s a large amount of non religious people, making it difficult for someone who doesn’t know and/or have the ability to recite religious text and knowledge

The problem with that is, when it comes down to a large portion of these players that roleplay taking these drugs, they have no drug knowledge so leaving it up to these players, matter fact leaving anything up to the players could be detrimental because of the decline in roleplay quality & portrayal within the server. So I say leave it as is until the server is able to make a realistic drug system, pertaining to those who wanna smoke their drugs, snort them, or rail them in your bloodstream.
