The main issue is the citizens being too aggressive, but in general very aggressive. There's no way that you can reach them peacefully to follow orders or remove them from a property. Petty much that's poor roleplay. If you have researched well, once the criminals tries to escape or leave the scene, petty much your duties are to call 911. You can only engage while there's active conflict next to you that is an immediate danger to you, persons around you or the property itself. That's what is considered within the scope of your duties by North American Law or Law in general for security guards. TLDR: Prevent and Deter, not prosecute.

The main issue as I experienced, being your cars constantly being chainrobbed, either legit or constantly by trolls. I've got my cars robbed and wrecked by randoms before restart because they wanted to have fun and they were the only ones constantly spawned. As Imex employee i've seen that. At some point it annoys since you can't even get CCTV of that because admin takes 10 hours to answer a report, just to tell you to get a forum report. At the end of the day you get the name of the player but via OOC methods. no CCTV

I've reached the website several times and youtube about several security guards and experts of california using AR platforms with such calibers, getting their licenses renewed. I run a security company and i took several weeks to investigate about it. There's no mention in Cali law about guards can't carry "handguns" that look like AR platforms, as long they fit the ATF regulations for rifles

You need a bigger sample of videos, like crime statistics and how it affects fellow community members to understand if it's fair grounds... Fair grounds doesn't mean it benefits more one side to other. It meanas that other players have posibility to counteract such measures ICly Right now you can do little to nothing, even if you have CCTV outside because as @JENK1NS said. Players sometimes won't handle video or anything even if they were involded from either sides because play to win mentality. You end with nothing rather than chainrobbing. I think the Terminal itself (not the rest of the port) should be a crime-free zone... At the end of the day it's part of SAPA in general. But I don't know.
