Cool update. But if I got it right, we are to disregard realism because of lack of female prisoners so we house men and women together? That is in my opinion completely the wrong approach to take. Immersion is thrown out the window and realism will be very low and prison/jail RP will be "meh" if people share cells between the genders etc. Shouldn't lower our standards imo.

If you remove the bonus nobody is going to work as a bartender due to owners not being able to pay them. A bartender costs between $2,500-$3,000/H (even heard 5k) thats why you usually see clubs only being open for 2h max. You usually want two bartenders as well. Thats 12k, security is roughly the same price and you usually want 2 Guards or more, thats 12k, total of 24k for just security and bartenders. DJ’s is between 3-6k/hour we are above 30k now. I made 40k through entrance fees and walked away with a profit of 15k-16k with no DJ. Its not like 6 months Ago when clubs made 100k+ due to the frequent crashes. I strongly do not support this suggestion. I do however support the suggestion about making it easier to see what entrance fee is set, sometimes it does not show up at the entrance. And of course I could probably find cheaper staff if people prefer to wait 10-15mins for a beer, aka unexperienced bartenders. That's My two cents.
