The fact of the matter is, people will portray their characters intelligence how they choose to portray it, and by allowing cops to tell players to hand over their phones on a PK then a lot of necessary investigative steps are being outright skipped. The script doesn't drop your phone on a PK death, and that's intentional. I would reconsider how you're portraying yourself in this thread before you do an astral influenced reputation bomb

I'm not interested at all. I rarely really care about my interactions with PHMC because I have no idea what they're referring to a vast majority of the time whenever they rp with me, so charging me money to sit through that will inevitably cause me to avoid all interactions with the hospital in general, especially with how frequent and easy it is to get injured when realistically most situations that land you in the hospital on a weekly basis would be freak once in a lifetime accidents in the real world

phones only drop when you get CKed anyways, so the player would have to be willing to hand their phone over to be used as evidence scriptwise, so if they ask then just say no. I think using a phone for evidence after a PK is in bad taste anyways, and ultimately constitutes metagame since there's plenty of information to be found entirely unrelated to the circumstances of the PK and realistically shouldn't be used but most definitely will anyways so yeah +1, I agree that players shouldn't be getting around phones being the only item in the game that don't drop on a PK to use that information for police investigations

i have never in my time on the server seen so many different types of players interacting with each other, erpers having snowball fights with davis rats and cops doing snowball drive-bys on russian mobsters. snowballs are the great equalizer

pretty much every faction is complete garbage. you're just trying to find a bit of trash that best resembles something you might enjoy if it was run properly I dont read too deep into it anymore because it's only been on a decline for the past few years. quality has dropped significantly in favor of trying to jam pack as many illegal and legal factions into the map so that nearly every intersection is controlled or patrolled by some criminal organization/gang. to play a legal character and have any realistic modicum of assets you have to go through applications, tests and intense scrutiny meanwhile anyone that wants to go and mug someone or join some gang needs to make sure that their 3 day old character has mediocre development sprinkled about to avoid tipping off staff illegal factions, legal factions, illegal players and legal players can get away with so many rule breaks for so long that their admin record starts to read like the bill of rights, but they're allowed to keep playing the game. god forbid you report members of an opposing faction, or you'll get an onslaught of DMs from their leadership that you should have came to them to resolve it instead of filing a report, because they don't want their members soiling their admin records and IFM questioning why they're letting these players in their groups. meanwhile cops self-void anything that might remotely resemble wrong-doing or complete negligence, resulting in an overall decline in the factions quality because these situations never go up the chain toxicity is rampant on all sides, so at this point you just have to cope and find decent rp between the map wide gangbanging hell and intrusive cop players

id prob take a break since you dropped an atomic reputation bomb with the report and get back into it with fresh ideas in a week or two homelessness also isnt a sustainable long term concept since gta world has about 0 support options for those types of characters
