That was the memo in the wild 90s, as skateboards and Cortez shoes rose up in popularity, the youth found shelter in narcotics, and violence delivered birth to a gentrified and amassed horde of rage-driven racially orchestrated crime. Pockets of cells formed up all over Los Santos, as the brown-on-black skyrocketed through the charts, and the vicious white supremacist "gangsterism" took a tour all across Los Santos, spurring from the grim industrial zones of El Burro, Mesa and the Murietta Heights, all the way to the booming spotlight of Los Santos' tourist nucleus-- Vespucci. It remains a concept which continues to be tainted by the influence of such nefarious crime however.
This anomaly, specifically in Morningwood, has taken the masquerade of a juvenile, mischievous and delinquent group of youth. "Westside Notorious Gangster Skinheads" a long forgotten outlaw syndicate, primarily composed of lackeys and soon to be recruits of the Public Enemy Number 1 (PENI/PEENEYE), assembled by the previous figurehead and white power gangster, Chad "Joker" Thomas, stemming from the root of peckerwood and skinhead culture deep within the El Burro hills--- Though it is mentioned and highlighted by investigators, too previous members who have long departed from the lifestyle and have instead given our community a better insight on how these gangs operate, that Joker's involvement was a power-move in order to bring the gang into the fold of the Public Enemy Number 1 prison organization. Originally a broken off segment of the Hate Valley Hardcore Skinheads, the unorthodox cabal have declared that their residency occupies the north western premises of Los Santos, unlike their kinsmen and predecessors in East Los Santos. Years of incarceration, sheer statecraft and ruthless prison politics have led to the demise, rebranching and inevitable ascension of the infant posse.
Names such as Adrian "Vhozd" Kruger, Edward "Nosferatu" Harrison, and Conner "Reaper" McNeil are worth the mention too. Considered as the founding fathers of the gang, prior to their affiliation and involvement in radical and extremist ideologies. Best described as tattooed young men with shaved heads, saggy loose-fit jeans, khakis and checkered shirts. Peeling down streets in skateboards, vandalizing property with predominantly Mexican-inspired style graffiti, whilst incorporating their own infectious "white power" twist to it.
Law enforcement officials have been cracking down on such gangs in recent years. Experts who study hate groups said Del Perro and surrounding communities are particularly fertile ground for white supremacists. They estimated that there are at least a dozen groups operating in Morningwood and Vespucci counties.
