  1. OOC Section This faction strives to portray a realistic modern-day gang culture that is based on a clique within the 18th Street gang. This group is currently invite only and we aren't actively recruiting new members unless they're specifically invited by the OOC leadership. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to @RufioCas, @respect my 18, @F0r3sT, or @kaneki1king.
  2. 18th Street is a multi-ethnic, but mostly Hispanic transnational criminal organization that started as a street gang in Los Santos. Sources claim the gang has approximately 15,000 members in Los Santos County and is considered to be one of the largest Hispanic street gangs; a title they share with one of their biggest rivals, Florencia 13. However, this can be quite misleading. 18th Street is a collection of individual autonomous gangs. They're known to have hundreds of cliques spread throughout Los Santos and nationwide, however, they don't always know of each other's existence and they don't always get along. 18th Street was originally a sub-set under the Clanton 14th Street gang, however, many core members of the Clanton 14 members opposed the idea of having 18th street as a separate clique. This was due to the clique leader of Clanton 18 being a non-Mexican-American member. This led to Clanton 18 dropping the Clanton from their name and becoming their own gang. This led to Clanton 14th and the newly formed 18th Street gang becoming bitter rivals. After taking over a large chunk of Clanton 14th's territory, 18th Street sought to spread its influence to South Los Santos. 18th Street’s rapid and aggressive expansion led to a lot of struggles for territory. As they continued to battle with more established Hispanic and African-American gangs in the area, they began recruiting people outside the Hispanic community to increase their numbers. War with Bloods The feud between Bloods and 18th Street is believed to have begun in the early 1990s when members of the 18th Street gang and members of the Black P Stones gang got into a conflict which led to an 18th Street gang member being murdered. The murder started a cycle of violence between various Blood sets and 18th Street, with the feud later being fueled by their bitter rivals Florencia 13’s alignments with 18th Street’s enemies. 18th Street Today 18th Street today is considered to be one of the biggest Hispanic gangs within Los Santos County. 18th Street has gone through numerous gang injunctions over the past few years, and dozens of arrests, yet the gang grows stronger day by day. Lately, multiple 18th Street subsets are known to be cliquing up together to be more unified. The FBI has launched “Operation Breaking Bad” where they indicted multiple members of the 18th Street gang, namely the Rancho Park Locos(RPK) clique, for their roles in a methamphetamine distribution ring. During the investigation, more than 50 ounces of methamphetamine were seized, as well as several handguns, shotguns, and assault rifles.
