I've asked in /helpme a while back if there's a way to remove the plate and an admin told me the only way he can do it is if he unregisters the car but it'll stay that way unless I register it. I think that there should be a command to remove the plate but it should recognize if you have a screwdriver in your inventory to allow it, and it should also give you a message saying if not roleplayed then you can or will be punished. The point of this is for illegal RP and as long as it's not abused then you should except any consequences this might cause.
