I'm not sure I understand your argument. I'm just suggesting that businesses shouldn't be making money off of people who come in and instantly are unsatisfied with what they see, or leave without even browsing around for any reason. If a business were to depend on luring people there that leave seconds later, it doesn't seem like a realistically viable business; more like the in game equivalent to click-bait.

Short description: Require that business visitors stay for a set amount of time, at least a few minutes for the business to be eligible for their 1000$ entry bonus. Detailed description: As per my last understanding of how businesses work. Each time a person enters the business, the owner receives 1000$ from it. I'm suggesting that a minimal time of 5 minutes or so should be spent by the customer in the business before the owner gets the bonus. You normally cannot tell a lot from a business by looking at it from the outside, so usually you'll enter just to see how it looks. Sometimes you'll find an exorbitant entry fee at clubs just inside so they still get your bonus even if you decline and leave seconds later. Sometimes you just don't like the look of the place and leave without even browsing what they have, or can't get any service. This is a pretty simple suggestion that would encourage businesses to engage customers more to keep them and prevent businesses from making easy money off of instantly dissatisfied customers who wouldn't want to give them their business. This has been recently happening to me too. Haven't had a lot of issues a couple weeks ago but now changing between interiors and outside drops me to a few frames for a little while.

Black and white is a really poor way to look at things. Especially when crime is so profitable and rampant. Truth is, plenty of respectable and ordinary people had ties with criminal groups several decades back. It's glamorous and makes you some easy money. I mainly do legal rp because I don't want to spend every week getting into a fight and being involved in some sort of admin sit. But I still don't shy away from associating or doing business with people I know are criminals.
