  1. The 108th Blocc Crips are a very violent subset of the Rollin 100’s crip alliance, they’re a primarily African-American gang. The 108th Blocc Crips are located in the Western South Central region of Los Santos. They stretch from 108th and Strawberry Avenue down to 109th and Carson Avenue. The 108th Blocc Crips were formed in the early 2000’s by Davis “Lil Pop” Wright, although they are a fairly new subset under the Blocc Crips the 108th Blocc Crips are considered one of the frontliners for the Rollin 100’s alliance as they are known for their very flashy lifestyle and also the violent crimes against their rivals in the name of the Rollin 100’s. The 108th Blocc Crips are arguably the most notable subset out of the whole Rollin 100’s due to their violent and vicious mentality and acts against their main rivals especially the Hoovers in the recent years. The split of the Hunnits On October 31st, 2021 a what was supposed to be a friendly fade turned into a heated exchange between a member of the 108 Blocc Crips and the 1e11 Neighborhood Crips that would change the Rollin 100’s forever. Halloween night, a member of the 1e11 Neighborhood Crips by the name of “Lil Spookyloc” was hosting a dice game on 111th and Roy Lowenstein Blvd. A 108th Blocc Crip beloved member by the name of “Tiny Jaccboy” was invited to the dice game by Spookyloc. Upon arriving at the dice game Jaccboy began to instantly get in on it, he quickly began to take multiple 1e11 Neighborhood Crip members money in the dice game time after time. The game quickly shifted from being fun, to intense as multiple 1e11 Neighborhood Crips felt that Jaccboy took all of their money in a dice game that was organized by them including Spookyloc. As the game went on, Jaccboy again kept taking money from the 1e11 Neighborhood Crips. Spookyloc then mouthed off to Jaccboy calling him a “Weirdo” Jaccboy immediately called out Spookyloc for a friendly squabble to put an end to the intense situation at hand. Spookyloc and Jaccboy fought, Jaccboy got the best of Spookyloc ultimately dropping him. Jaccboy began to walk up to Spookyloc after he dropped him as he said “Spooky cuh, you tripping.” Spookyloc then mouthed out “Nigga, on One Eleven Crip fuck you!” before opening fire on Jaccboy hitting him in the head twice ending his life on the spot. The following day word quickly spread that Jaccboy was shot and killed in the heart of the 1e11 Neighborhood Crips turf. Word quickly spread that Spookyloc was the person behind the slaying of Jaccboy thus creating a division between the Rollin 100’s. 100 days 100 Nights. July 17th, 2015 on a summer night Jacob “Infant Flame” Garret who was a notable and well loved member of the 108th Blocc Crips was walking down 109th and Strawberry Avenue on his way to the corner store on Forum Drive where he was spotted by three members of the 107 Hoovers. Upon laying eyes on Jacob, they quickly bussed a U-turn and parked up at the Brogue Avenue car wash. The three 107 members disembarked from their vehicle, one holding a MAC10 styled weapon in his left hand and began to jog up to Jacob. Once close enough one of the members shouted out “Aye Groove!” Once Jacob heard those two words, he immediately tried to run in an attempt to escape being shot but that didn’t work at all. All three of the 107 Hoover members begin to open fire on Jacob striking him more than fifteen times on Carson Avenue ending his life. Being that Jacob was loved by many subsets in the Rollin 100’s after hearing what had happened to Jacob, members of the 108th Blocc Crips quickly adopted the name Blue Flame Gang and all Rollin 100’s subsets waged war on all Hoovers and any enemy of the Rollin 100’s and people in their area and made it known that they would kill anybody who was seen outside within those 100 days. Within 24 hours of Jacob being killed one member from the 83 Hoovers was killed, two members from the 107 Hoovers was killed and a member of 99 Mafia Crip was killed. The media and LSPD quickly picked up on what was happening and advised anyone who wasn’t gang affiliated to stay inside. Thus put the Rollin 100's, especially the 108 Blocc Crips, on the map as one of the most violent gangs in the Los Santos area. Underground x Blocc Crip The Underground and Blocc Crips have had a tight alliance with each other dating all the way back to the 1970’s when the Underground Blocc Crip alliance was formed between the two gangs by Ronald “Big Jimbo” Perkins. These two gangs and their subsets have been close for years so when the Rollin 100’s split up the Underground’s sided with the Blocc Crips no questions asked and began to beef the 1e11 and 115 Neighborhood Crips together. The Underground Blocc Crip alliance consists of multiple subsets under the Rollin 100’s such as 105th Underground Crips, the 103rd Underground Crips, 104th Underground Crips, 108th Blocc Crips, and the 113th Original Blocc Crips. Allies and Rivals. The 108 Blocc Crips share the same rivals as all of the subsets under the Rollin 100’s such as the Chamberlain Mafia Gangster Bloods, 83 Gangster Crips, Innocence Family Gangster Bloods, Neighborhood Piru’s, Avenue Piru Gang, Harvard Gangster Crips, Centinela Park Family Bloods, Center Park Bloods, Broadway Gangster Crips, Van Ness Gangster Brims Watergate Crips, Madd Family Swan Bloods, and the Shotgun Gangster Crips. Despite them being a part of the Rollin 100’s alliance, they are into it with the 1e11 Neighborhood Crips and the 115 Neighborhood Crips due to the split caused by the 1e11’s after the death of Jaccboy. The 108 Blocc Crips main rivals are the Hoovers as they’ve had one of the deadliest gang beefs in Los Santos history. The 108th Blocc Crips share many of the same allies with subsets under the Rollin 100’s such as All Neighborhood Crips excluding the 1e11 and 115 Neighborhood Crips. They’re also allies with the Main St Mafia Crips, Denver Lane Gangster Bloods, Rollin 30’s Harlem Crips, East Coast Crips, and the Hard Time Hustler Crips.
