Agreed, unscrewing a plate from the front and back of a vehicle is something you should be able to do at any time without prior IC knowledge.

Agreed, too much metagaming from robberies due to this. It's really common for drug dealers/criminals with weapons to stash contraband on their person (I know kiestering is not allowed) And I feel it's too easy for players to metagame finding stuff during a search with this mechanic.

Under rule 12; "Customization feature (the player is considered INSIDE the building)" In my opinion this rule can be easily misconceived, it mentions "the player is considered INSIDE the building". Which makes me think it was clearly made for protecting players who would be exposed outside at the facial reconstruction features. Even if this is not the case and the rule is to keep it fair for the players who are in a Y-Menu- which by the way there are dozens of areas that are not protected despite being locations that include Menus. (Car Merchants, ATMs, General stores etc.) Overall I agree that the rule is necessary, without it people would only commit crimes in places that leave people vulnerable due to the menus (or that are not realistic because IC'ly there would be guards etc.) But specifically "Customization feature" Needs to be made clear and be less misleading, otherwise it could case unnecessary punishments. It could perhaps be amended by separating "(the player is considered INSIDE the building)" from "Customisation Feature" and listing all allowed "customization" places for crime with all non-allowed places. (for instance is it ok to commit crimes at car merchants? bike shops? clothing stores? what about a mask shop?) I think it's just too vague and needs a little specifying.
