I completely support utilities for properties, whether residential or commercial. I think it's necessary for multiple reasons. First of all it would prevent people from grinding easy cash by owning multiple apartments and renting them out for clean profit, which is already against the rules as far as I know. Secondary it will prevent people from simply grinding up to a nice house, and owning it without ever breaking a sweat of work again, if someone's going to own a expensive house/apartment, they should have the appropriate background for that. Regarding utility companies RP, I have nothing against it but I think it shouldn't be forced onto players, such as making them manually pay it. It should deduct just like the income tax does every paycheck IG. Also if this were to be implemented obviously it should affect everyone, not just those willing to RP it.

Rework the friends list, so that you can add specific character names as friends rather than username of players. There are multiple reasons why this would be better: 1 - You can follow the activity of players you know (or not) through the friends list without asking for their username 2 - A lot of players have multiple characters, when you see their username and "Online" it doesn't really help 3 - It's much better to see if you have any IC friends online in a list rather than logging in game and typing /ID this, /ID that Also a note would be useful as well for each character, sometimes people might namechange and you're stuck with unfamilair names.

Regarding businesses being flooded with truckers, how do you come to a conclusion that it's their fault? The current trucking system isn't working as it should, and more often than not there is only one business accepting cargo. Often there are no businesses accepting cargo and truckers wait for one to come available. How can you blame them for that? I understand everyone's frustration with the current situation, and I can see that newbie truckers often disregard the rules and as a senior trucker my image is disrupted. However I urge everyone to understand that there are two sides to every story.

I think this would improve the roleplay experience for the business owners, truckers, and customers all together. As a trucker, it makes no sense to park up a large truck at the front entrance of a clothing shop and walk back and forth with crates to the cashier. Often business owners get annoyed that truckers are gathering up in front of their business and interfering with their customers, but this is basically their own fault for not setting the drop off point properly. I heavily support this suggestion, as it is the first thing I've noticed in regards to immersion since joining the server. It feels really blank when everyone's standing still, especially in higher populated locales. I agree that not everybody uses hand gestures when speaking in real life but this is a game we're talking about a video game here and it's limited how immersive it can be. A toggle sounds fine for those who don't want to use it, I don't see what those players have to lose.

Short description: Allow outfits to be named so it's easier to manage and sort through them in /outfit. I've had a few accidents where I accidentaly saved on an existing outfit slot.
