How about the message gets changed so it shows within a radius? That way people within a situation (aka within the radius of the situation) know the persons been character killed & it doesn't spam the rest of the server. Just my two cents, it doesn't really bother me seeing the message but I've seen a few people comment saying its handy when within a situation.
