I don't think $5,000, same price as an engine upgrade, makes a lot of sense to change a car plate's design. Rims are $800, in no world are rims 6 times cheaper than a car plate design. Engine modifications are $5,000, on par with car plates. I suggest putting it at least at $800.

I agree with this suggestion, if anything it would be an incentive for players to keep playing beyond their 20 hours on the server. I also think payday should be on the same day for all players and paid out even if offline. Helps factions planning their budget. Could also help an overtime system where salaries are budgeted weekly, and the excess of that budget from people not hitting their 20 hours are distributed to players that went beyond their 20 hours proportional to time played.

I think new ways of spending money should mainly be luxuries and activities and not annoyances. Give people objectives to work forward to, not bills and expenses chasing them.
