i think it should be a kill and headshots should do 100 damage, it's not a DM server so why should headshots be a 2 hit kill? it's realistic to die when you get shot in the forehead and it's completely impossible for it to be a graze at point blank

it doesn't have to look luxurious, as long as it looks like a realistic LA apartment then it's worth paying 10-20k over market price

Short description: There are a lot of apartments for sale near K-TOWN in the Dream Tower building, these rooms have poor interior and aren't in a very wealthy area yet are still priced at $105000. I think that a price of $65000 is decent as it has poor interior and there are a lot of apartments for sale in this building. How would your suggestion improve the server? As I mentioned before, it's not a rich area and many of the residents and members of my faction have to spend 21 hours in game without any property just to reach the minimum to buy the apartment.
