Rule 21 ammendment

Maybe the wording doesn't make sense to some;

Doesn't matter if you are Illegal or Legal, we ask that you wait an hour or wait until the direct scene that resulted in your injuries/death is over so you can return back to patrol and or hanging with the homies. 

We wrote "potentially" for a reason.. If the scene is over, no one else is speaking about said scene, and everyone is doing their thing again.. Go back on patrol or gangbanging. The whole point of this rule is so you don't get shot, instantly goto the hospital and then do '/me is ready to go hang again' and be all ready. The most we ask for is an hour, the least we ask for is the situation to be done. 
 

And stop pointing fingers, it's not just Illegal characters faults nor the legal characters fault, it's a combined problem that both sides are doing. Being petty and sitting here and saying "this is a double standard" "gang bangers can go be free but we cant" "why can LEO's go back after an hour". It's not one side's fault. Learn to agree to disagree without having to bring in the whole "your a legal character". It doesn't matter if you RP legal or illegal, it's the same rule for everyone.

We will look into rewording the rule so it fits everyone's mindset, but clearly we will never be able to do that without people finally taking a step back and discussing the rule at large, rather then pointing fingers on who is wrong and who is right.
