Clothing Update v1 — Discussion & Suggestions

This thread is now closed. We will begin compiling mods once the Davis Projects map adjustment mod has been pushed out, or goes into the final stages. 

 

To clarify to everyone who has been following what mods will be added onto the server, this thread was made as a way to compile suggestions, however our scope of what mods we are wanting to put on to the server has not changed. In the previous updates to clothing, this was primarily suggested to us by existing mods that were popular at the time, however, this update aims to be slightly different.

 

We want to prioritize giving additional mods to the "generic" civilian living within LS. This means we want to reduce the stereotypical "mallrat" mod additions, AKA, normal clothes, hood drip, good drip, worker drip, clothes that can provide additional avenues for roleplay on the server, rather than catering to the nightlife.

 

What you can expect from this update is the above. @Oggy is on board with FM as a whole to get not only clothing for those who want attire appropriate for their area of income but also things that can be used to promote passive roleplay. This clothing update will not be massively influenced by catering to primarily nightlife characters.
