Let's get rain synced properly first

Honestly, could we just have scheduled weather? That way it is synced for everyone and more in line with what is appropriate for the seasons/timing.

The warning before rain would be really nice and would definitely help prepare for the rainy weather RPly. 

 

I'd say there should be a small app "Weather Forecast" in all the phones that would throw a notification as the weather updates showing what's going to happen next, giving fair time to prepare for the situation.

The amount of rain is just absurd and entirely unrealistic for the area of the world that the game is set.

 

Anyone would think we’re in Northern Europe, not a spoof of Los Angeles, California.

 

we literally IG have a desert outside - it makes no sense that there be so much rain. Given the rain we have it would be grassland & full of vegetation.

Just google LA weather, it’s not even close.

 

But you do have an excellent point, synching the weather to LA /should/ be how the weather works on GTA:W.

 

As a side note, (someone mentioned snow earlier on the thread), it shouldn’t snow in LS because  it just isn’t cold enough (the last time it happened in LA was over 50 years ago).

 

The average low temperature (i.e at night) in December, is nearly 9 Celsius, and an average high of 20 Celsius.

it isn't. that was the case for another (now closed) server called FiveRP. Here it's different.

Unfortunately they're misinformed, it was never like that. They think this server's the same as FiveRP or something.
