Hi! I find it odd how we have a clear sky, and suddenly it starts raining. Weather should be set to cloudy before setting it to rainy. Plus an admin could send a global message saying that strong winds can be felt, etc. I find it immersion breaking when you are roleplaying outdoor activities, no clouds in sky and suddenly... rain. Thoughts?

Since the weather changes a lot, it rains like 4 times a day, there should be a mechanic regarding this. Cold If you stay exposed in the rains for 10 minutes or more (time stacked up), the following effects will happen: 1.) Reduce 1 Health every 30 seconds for 10 minutes 2.) Slightly Slower Walking Speed Umbrella Make Umbrella an item in general store, and add the Umbrella Holding Animation (Only usable when having the Umbrella in your inventory) Cost of the umbrella: $100 - $300
