Wounded, eh, I wouldn't, the player is still alive and people RP conscious when wounded all the time.

But dead, totally agree.

If you're dead, you're dead. No way or need to call for backup realistically. Supporting. And for wounded people, really depends on the injuries they get.

if u have been riddled with bullets to the point you are on the ground unable to move, but can still press this: 
then you must be superman.

Also, when downed, no matter what from, you should be rping either unconscious or in a state unable to move. Admins advise you to not get back into fights since you'd be severely injured after being downed, and you're supposed to rp it heavily after being /helpup'd. Doing /panic while downed is equivelant to rping grabbing someone or continuing to fight while downed, it's PG.
