At some point I felt bad for spamming the poor mechanic and just left. We need it to make the customization easier and to allow the mechanics to just RP and not be disturbed by these accidental requests over and over again. I assume it can be a pain and a serious distraction from RP, resulting in lower quality RP from their side because of a feature that (I hope) can be easily changed. Link to comment
