Detailed description: Basically this is something that mechanic garages could use. Allow us to create ranks such as (Trainess, Mechanic, Supervisor, Manager etc) and allow us to set the percentage of commission per each rank. This will give the incentive for the lower ranks to work towards something and also stop the lower ranks earning the same as a manager. Commands to add: Not entirely sure, would just need the current business system edited, maybe one extra tab to set the stuff up. Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? Adds more realistic payment system for workers, could most likely be used in clubs/bars and other businesses too that work on commission based pay. Additional information: None. 2 5 Link to comment
Brian3898 Posted April 25, 2020 Share Posted April 25, 2020 (edited) Highly agree with this suggestion, ranks could be a way of helping business owners organize their businesses and employees, as well as create a more realistic environment, seen that usually an entry level position wouldn't pay as much as someone that has a management position. This also creates incentive for climbing the ladder, since right now you are basically treated the same by the script as employees that have been working for a long time.
