Falling through the map it’s an ooc issue, so therefore whoever consumes drugs and has extra HP, as soon as fall through the map submits a /report to admins and gets their HP back. This suggestion has this /job/, simply to reset your HP back to your last HP, not extra HP.

 

I.e: You fell through the map with 37 HP and survived with 3 HP because who mapped made the entrance close to the ground. 
Anti-fall system sets you HP back to 37.

Gaining health, from drug effects, is an OOC issue, too.
