I have been encountering this error for the last three days and I have tried multiple solutions to the problem but none have worked. I basically attempt to join the server or any other server, and after EAC loads, Rockstar Games Launcher just endlessly loads in the background until the error message "ERR_NO_LAUNCHER" pops up and closes my Rage. I'd appreciate any help!

A stock market is unnecessary for the following reasons. We can approach it in two different ways as you mentioned in your suggestion: 1. Using existing securities 2. Using server companies Problem with the first one is that in theory this method would have no relation to the economic growth of the state (Los Santos). Meaning that it could mess the economy pretty bad both ways, towards deflation or inflation. The second option would be a better one but would still be unreasonable to prioritize this in any way for the following reasons: The purpose of going public with your company or corporation is to get more capital to expand operations. In the server there is a lot of reasonable regulation regarding how much you can expand. Meaning that the range in which you can expand is either very small due to limitation or due to Los Santos being a very small economy. As a result, making it pointless on going public when you could employ other fundraising strategies to get capital from private investors and institutions (Fenwell Capital Partners as an example). Second problem with the second option is you would have to make a special in game faction or committee such as the Securities Exchange Committee (SEC) in order to properly regulate the market. We can all agree it would be inevitable for there to be an immense amount of market manipulation. I personally don't believe that there would be qualified companies and corporations to become public and transparent. Many of the companies in the server don't operate through realistic and organized protocols where it would sound sane to invest in one of them. In conclusion, although this idea would set a new standard for companies and businesses on the server, I believe we'd be getting ahead of ourselves. There is a lot of needed development in corporate role play before developing a stock market. I encourage anyone that is interested in investing their money to reach out to already established financial institutions and provide them with RP. I personally role play running an asset management firm on the server. We're currently looking for ways to allocate our partner's capital, but it is very hard due to the multiple limitations that are established by the server. I don't blame the server in any way because the limitations established are reasonable ones. Problem is that financial institutions can't really flourish due to these certain limitations that don’t allow us to invest large amounts of capital. I believe developing this sector would be a step in the right direction to solve the main problem you expressed, " A lot of us have money simply sitting around and doing nothing; We should be given the opportunity to invest this money."
