In a perfect world, people would rp their fights. We do not live in that perfect world. Strength script evens things out for those of us who do find ourselves on the receiving end of some noob with a bat or whatever.

If a person dies amid a court proceeding and loses that case, the money should be withdrawn from their estate as it would happen this way irl. I don't see a need for a specific rule change, but rather for a way money is taken following a loss in court.

adding items isn't really adding a script not having items in-game that allow for this enables people to just powergame obtaining sodium cyanide and poisoning everyone in a bar
