I think this is great. Adding to this, I think a zero tolerance policy should be given to unofficial factions who receive faction strikes. There's currently a plethora of unofficial factions whose members are constantly involved in rule breaking. This ruins immersion for already established factions. The rules are there and should be read by factions who actively want to contribute to the illegal RP scene in a realistic and fair manner.

OOC faction status is already taken account when a group tries to contest a faction. They are required to roleplay fear and are subsequently subject to one way CKs if they fail to abide. Additionally, being in a faction script subjects you to mandatory jail time for up to ten hours when incarcerated. This isn't something new. As for the second half of your post, I'm extremely glad that your character was preform all these nefarious acts without being caught, that's great. However, I'd advise you to read the below quote.

Official factions are usually official because they've showcased to IFM that they are capable of decent roleplay and the ability to manage the portrayal of it's members. These factions usually don't need to be policed as often compared to groups. If you check group archives, there's a plethora of groups being closed on weekly basis due to poor portrayal and sub-par roleplay. therefor official factions are less likely to abuse the need to be arrested 60 million times compared to groups.
