I support this fully. One of my characters was working at a deli and encountered an individual who was apart of FD and had arrested him for 30 minutes over something incredibly petty. As a result, he decided to spit in his sandwich. The dude complained that he felt "extremely uncomfortable" eating a sandwich laced with saliva and decided to report it. The scene was forcefully voided and I missed out on potential roleplay. People hide behind this rule for petty situations and I think it's outrageous considering the type of roleplaying that happens in a public space 24/7. A fight between two individuals would probably be more "offensive" than someone getting their sandwich spat in.
