Yes. I've switched to my other laptop which has an RTX 2070 with an I7-8750H it's still the same performance, I'll grab an updated video and show you what I'm experiencing on the other laptop. Hopefully we can find something to fix this issue, I'm also a bit certain that this isn't a computer problem as I hopped on the test server to try everything out and it worked out amazing.

I believe that indeed is the case. Whenever I go to like the Mission Row station, my whole game will freeze when there’s a ton of cruisers around.

I've been having an issue recently where lag spikes have been a common issue for me. As of right now it'll sometimes be little spikes or it'll be spikes that'll completely freeze my whole game for a few seconds. This only happens on the main GTA W server, I could hop on the test server and have no issues whatsoever. I currently play on a laptop at the moment due to me not having enough space for a desktop. I've also tested GTA W on multiple laptops and I've sadly had the same outcome on every one of them although they're all capable of running GTA V. I've also tried turning down graphics and still had no luck with the lag spikes and GTA V is on the SSD. Current laptop specs - I5-7300HQ | GTX 1050 | 16 GB RAM | 500 SSD - 1TB HDD ( CAPPED AT 60 FPS )
