I believe RP like this benefits everyone and enriches everyone's roleplay. Small interactions with ISP companies or other similar companies can help everyone flesh out their roleplay and portrayal and ultimately everyone wins. It's also nice to stray away from the dominating cops and robbers scene and do some more chilled out normal day to day RP. I can understand if this isn't interesting for everyone and that's okay but there should definitely be a bigger scene around stuff like this that isn't just bars and clubs.

This issue is a result of generations of factions slowly going downhill. The server was not always like this, there was a time where cops and criminals existed peacefully in a land far far away and rp was actually pretty enjoyable. Then shooting cops over traffic stops became a thing for some reason and that made it worse, then cops started using tasers and beanbags for every little thing which made it even worse (I'll admit I was guilty of this back when I RP'ed an LEO simply because I wasn't educated enough on the usage of LTL weapons up until like 6 months into my LEO experience). Now, a few years later of this downhill spiral and you've got cops vs robbers. This does not apply to every criminal and cop but this mentality is an issue with most and if you're one of those sides and you disagree then you're probably part of the issue. Both sides need to chill tf out and remember that it's a game and not every criminal needs to be killed or arrested and not every cop interaction needs to end in you barking at the cops. Cops are not here to police the server and criminals are not here to be Al Capone. Together, we can overcome this tomfoolery.
