This is indeed a nice suggestion. The main problem is that 99% of the players own a vehicle and also the taxis has not enough RP. Can't really see people using a bus.

The mileges on vehicle goes up and raise really quick, like even not in realistic way in my opinion. My suggestion is to make the odomoter count miles slower...
