If it's IC issue, how could I be punished for preepmtively shooting someone wearing a mask approaching me? If my char is a criminal and they shoot a mask, that's approaching them...shouln't that be IC issue too? Like people wearing masks usually do that, when they are about to rob someone, so wear a mask to your heart's content. But don't complain when you get shot over it.

this is from north carolina and not rly enforceable, if they were taken to the Supreme Court over it it wouldn’t stand due to the first amendment

oh its enforceable bro, courts have already ruled that a facial covering isnt a form of speech 

 

sounds like legislation makes laws that some people think are unconstitutional all the time and its up tot he courts to decide...

To those saying "keep it IC", this doesn't work anymore on GTA:W if you haven't noticed. If it was to be taken IC and law makers create a law around facial covers (which would be an entirely legitimate thing to do) you'd just have those same people claiming to keep it IC donating their tears to IFM/LFM and before you know it things are VETO'd like the marijuana legalization law and plenty of other laws that had to be amended or even entirely scrapped because of severe OOC interference. 

 

Those who continue to claim we need to keep things IC are either extremely disconnected with the way GTA:W works or they're just trolling at this point, knowing fully well nothing can be done IC.

it should be kept ic tho, some people wear masks for no reason irl same way some people do a lot of shit that can't be explained for no reason irl. people on world have a habit of crying about shit that could just be kept ic, it's a mask, it only affects you if you let it affect you/go out of your way to care about something that doesn't concern you.
