Bring back my PED SKINS! And all their extra options!

Hey everyone,

 

Lately I've been trying to get my hands on a ped skin for a character I've had in mind for almost a year now, but sadly it seems this option has been deleted. The models we have currently, the male and female option that you can edit yourself, simply does not add up to what I've had in mind. I spoke with other players about this and it's clearly something more people would want to return to the server. So with this suggestion I'd like to ask you to please put them back into the game with all their extra options, this allows the player to still make their avatar unique. (These ped skins have different face options, clothing options and can even have glasses and stuff.) Not all of these options such as head options, were available previously when you did have ped skins implemented. Finally there's many people that still got their ped skin. And otherwise, make people able to request a certain skin if the backstory and character is thought out well enough. Just an idea.

You could also make a donator option, but if you do that, do please make sure to add all the options to edit these ped skins, so they are more unique. Also, if you have to buy it, it will likely prevent the case of there being to many ped skins walking around. (Previously when they were available I did not see a ped skin that often anyway.)

+1, if I'm correct it was removed due to crashing, but if it could be fixed I don't see why not.

Far as I know, they were removed because they want "only unique peds" walking around, as I read in a previously made and closed topic on this matter. 
Whilst I think, only few people use the ped skins and they do so because some peds live up more to what the players had in mind for their character.

You can't make a decent elderly, you can't make an obese guy, there's no variaty with body types on the current models and it's frustrating. These ped skins are the perfect solution for this issue. Let me be an old man taxi driver! Please!

Think we all know this is gonna be locked like the other suggestions but I'd love NPC models to be implemented again at some point.

Can't say I agree given the mp_male/female models are nowhere near unique considering everybody has the same build and "parents" but hey, what do we know.

+1. While the unique peds are great, everyone is a skinny guy with defined abs and every girl got a 63 inch ass. 

It'd be great to get at least SOME unique ped skins when it comes to the body type.

Was denied although some players still have them which isn't fair imo. Allow these skins to be purchasable through WP please! I understand wanting to have uniqueness to characters, although features can be roleplayed  and most characters already look the same. There is so many options of ped skins from elderly etc which would drastically improve the diversity on the server.

While I would like to see more customizable characters, there's other issues that having these bring, such as not being able to use any other clothing on them besides what their preset is set to, this can cause all kinds of issues, what when its raining? your guy gonna be out getting drenched in a t-shirt and shorts? I'd love to see this put back into the server but I think it needs a lot of work and would have to be implemented that allow for clothing them etc, I'm not exactly sure how hard this would be to do, but it sure sound's like a lot of developer work to me.

Not in support of this. If they're able to be added, then they should be free for everyone to use.

Getting an entirely reworked model for the male and female, different body types and such, is never going to happen. It's far fetched and will cost a lot of money to make, let alone editing the 1000s of items that will need to be edited specifically to fit each body type. The ped skins would be THE solution for more diversity amongst the players. 

Lastly many of the ped skins have different options for clothing, different heads even!
