"Oh no, this is your 10th offense and you got 10 reports on you right now? Let me just ajail you for 30 minutes, but lets not void the scene, because the consequences can be dealt with IC-ly". Some of these verdicts make my head hurt. Reporting is not worth it most of the time is just a waste of time seeing as you have a wait time of at least 20 minutes even at early hours.
