OC Spray

Short description: OC Spray as an actual scripted weapon

Detailed description: OC Spray is commonly used by law-enforcement and in the correctional environment. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepper_spray It is currently used in roleplay in TTCF, however it's not scriptwisely available to the deputies there(?).

Commands to add: No clue, requires more scripting as a weapon than any commands.

Items to add: OC Spray model added as an actual weapon, has to deploy some sort of "spray" particles and do slight damage upon contact & possibly print out an automatic /me that would indicate the fact that you were sprayed. 

How would your suggestion improve the server? Self-explanatory, I believe. Benefits legal roleplayers (I assume it could be added to the AmmuNations as a self-defense item that doesn't require a PF) & LEO roleplayers too. It would also enhance the immersion in TTCF, since it's one of the most common deterrents in the correctional environment. It would definitely enhance the immersion for illegal roleplayers as well.

Additional information: That's what I found about the OC spray in GTA5, there's a cool mod that includes both the particle and the model (sounds and animations as well!), it would just need to be textured, compiled and added to the server: https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/oc-spray-v0-5

+1. As a member of LSSD and someone who works within the jail, having another physical option besides a baton, taser or beanbag shotgun would be great. As well as any protests that become violent or any situation in general where you don't want to use heavy force, this is a great option.

Looks like a nice addition! Of course like with anything it can just be roleplayed but in certain instances, especially in the jail, people can get caught up and not read chat for a minute or there’s just too much in chat to keep up with for the receiving end to properly roleplay OC. 

 

A script would be neat but also practical so you can see and hear the spray being deployed.

This is something I know to be something that has been requested by law enforcement factions. Dev's are aware of it.
