/missclick command (/mc alias)

Detailed Description

Make a /missclick (/mc) command that reverts the damage of your last MELEE damage within the last 2 minutes or so (if the MC killed someone, it's whatever, leave it be because they'll either /fixrevive or be /helpup'd). Basically, take the last melee input from the player that's within the aforementioned timeframe, heal the target, remove it from their /damages.

If the MC'ed player took any kind of damage AFTER the mc, the command shouldn't work to prevent tomfoolery.

How will it benefit the server?

The pain of getting missclicked with drug health is just excruciating. You'll make your playerbase very happier. Happier players mean success.
