I made this suggestion to see if it could satisfy the community better than what we currently have as rule, and quite little committed to the effective functioning of it myself, although, in my eyes, still more functional than the rule we right now have. It's however evident that the community does not favor it and hearing the opinion on it from the userbase was all my intention when I created this topic. Therefore given that its scope was fulfillied, as the guy above said, the topic has no longer use.

This would entice metagame, people will simply log off - stay / stand / not do anything within safe zones - it wouldn't benefit the server at all...

No one did a Purge joke yet? Damn.

 

But yeah, as others have mentioned - people will just log off or disappear in interiors to wait out the purge hours; Which leaves robbers fending against robbers on the empty streets of Los Santos. Other way around, those that do wish to rob (and optionally only do that very thing) log off during non-purge hours because they believe there is little to do for them.

No. This is basically like that other "Purge" suggestion. It won't work, this'll only cause more problems than it should
