Add /Child command

Detailed Description:
We already have the option in the server to do /partner. This command allows another person to have access to the vehicles, properties etc of said person. With family RP in the server there should be a command for the parent (adult) to do /child to a minor character which allows similar actions. For example having a child they would have access to the family cars an home unless RP wise different. RIght now we are forced to RP as family with parents an children with just vduping keys an offering keys when going to said homes. Of course with this the same rules would apply so there wouldn't be any abuse. Example of the cool down time etc.

Relevant Commands/Items:
/partner[ID] would instead be /child [ID]

How will it benefit the server?
With this command it could bring more in depth RP to the server for minors and partents for family RP. An all around a more realistic approach to RP for families.

I love the idea of family roleplayere getting it easier when it comes to sharing assets that they realistically would have access too. I'd prefer it wasn't restrict it to minor characters only though. People have adult children that still live at home. As for the abuse potential. Here are some ways I believe we could curb it.

1. Limit it to 2 characters a person can use /child on. If they want more, an admin will have to approve it.

2. Make a family manager panel accessable by the parent. Here they could essentially assign the exact access per child would have to per property owned by that parent. If the parent has a /partner. Maybe that partner has to approve of the added family member?

3. Send a message to admins when someone tries to add a character to their family (in general) and when they meet specific characteristics. Some could be.

A. The character is an adult.

B. The character doesn't share the parents last name.

C. The character has an excessive amount of owned property already.

Maybe that would help?

Partner is already extensively abused, would there be a limit on how large these families can get? It would simply serve as a way for people to share assets on a larger level.

What's so terrible about this? totally understand if someone use partner to asset share. Doing things together with people is more fun, there's next to no script support for co ownership, living together under any constilation(almost) etc. Terrible support script support to share assets.

What's so terrible about asset sharing?
