It has been brought to my attention that people only do drivebys for the sole purpose of the script recoil advantage that you get when shooting out the car. People abuse the mini smg and the micro smg recoil and the machine pistol were the weapon gives you zero to none recoil thus people abuse it and there is no counter to it, even a baby can get all head shots with this recoil abuse. I feel like those specific guns should be recoil nerfed drastically or when shooting from the car it automatically puts you in first person for immersion as this is a roleplay server and not a pvp server

Yea... fun for both sides, we can't rob players and civs get to sit scott free , "totally" realistic. Also... civs don't rp the crime rate in Los Santos, if civs did that I'm sure the robbery rules would be different. Its easy to not get robbed but civs think that sitting in front of there 3m dollar house wit there 700k dollar car is gonna save them from being robbed and when they do get robbed, its a cry n report and then we get to these rules here.

Because on GTAW the Vinewood/Hawick/Mirror park and those areas are to be considered a spot where there is no crime... little do you know people rob in those areas because of high risk high reward.
