Pawn Menu QOL update.

Detailed Description: 
Make pawnshop menus go through a command based system instead of the current keybind, or the ability to rebind that key. Using Y can be inconvenient and you get spammed with the menu on exit and entry and it's just clunky. Could add an option to select another key, or allow for a command to bring up the menu. Something like /pawnmenu.

How will it benefit the server?: 
Little quality of life update that'd be convenient for frequent pawn goers or owners who are tired of seeing the menu pop up when they don't intend on it.

Definitely agree, one other thing is that some of the longer-named items get cut off in this menu.  Not sure if there's an easy fix to make it easier to read items with longer names in the Pawn Shop script menu.

+1 from me, good quality of life update. Can imagine this makes a pawnshop a little less clunky, considering it's quite annoying (for me) to enter and immediately get frozen on the entry and have the menu in my face.
