This thread will follow the development of the clique "Loked Up Raskals". LOKED UP RASKALS 10 years ago in 2013, Kevin "Venom" Villa and Richard "Rambo" Hernandez formed the clique Loked Up Raskals. Richard and Kevin were both locked up for 10 years after an incident with the two individuals, they ended up taking a charge for murdering a law enforcement officer in broad day light on Innocence Boulevard, thus allowing the clique Loked Up Raskals to fall apart and eventually become defunct. "Loked Up Raskals" eventually formed once again due to two reasons, the decline of the "Time 4 Krime" clique after several arrests and murders on the prominent members in the "T4K" clique and the older influential members of the clique being released from the penitentiary. Unlike previous generations and cliques, the Loked Up Raskals function with a very organized structure, they also have a sense of formal leadership. This being Kevin "Venom" Villa and Richard "Rambo" Hernandez.

Manuel Aguilera was the first born to Juan & Maria Aguilera. The first couple of years Manuel lived in Charleston with his mother, father and uncle all under the same roof, but his father had other idea. He wanted to move out of the so called 'ghetto' which was controlled by Florencia 13 but that would prove to be harder then just that since he himself is a member of the gang, and his own brother Jesus, Manuel's uncle is a high ranking member of the gang. Upon moving out of Charleston aiming for Lower Power Street Juan and Maria thought they could keep their childrend safe, but as seen before the gang culture of South Central LS was just around the corner. During Manuel's teenage years he, and some friends began calling themselves Wicked Vandals. Skipping not more then ten years ahead Wicked Vandals saw themselves as one of the many smaller cliques in the Downtown area of LS selling mostly 'Skante & Calca' to the many addicts in the area, also by this time his uncle Jesus Aguilera had reached out to Manuel influencing the clique into becoming a part of the Florencia umbrella, but not long after that Manuel was arrested for attempted murder during a robbery gone wrong, but even tho he was sitting in a cell he still controlled the gang through his younger-brother's friend Edgar Dominguez also known as Ghost. During his stay in Twin Towers Manuel would have gotten in contact with a la eMe associate by the name of Pancho whom liked Manuel, and he could easily see what he could bring to the table of the organization. After being released Manuel went head first into the street life again, a lot smarter, but also a lot more reckless.

Our main goal while roleplaying within the group 3200 Jackboyz is to portray a realistic blood set which consists of properly portrayed members living around East Vinewood. East Vinewood has their politics, so it may seem different to South Central Gang Role-players. We take character portrayal and development extremely serious, and will not hold back from removing you from the faction if it is deemed you are un-fit for the faction, all members must abide by the rules the server has set for us players and if broken punishment will be handed out by 3200 Leadership.
