Detailed Description: Please add a section of the UCP to make it possible for us to transfer our permanent, paid furniture slots between characters. EDIT: Or allow permanent furniture slots to be account-wide (as suggested by @Liam Crawford and @Tarantula) EDIT: Or allow mappers to be commissioned in World Points (if they choose), so that we can afford more furniture slots, or monthly plat. People such as myself may have permanent slots on more than one character, and it would be extremely useful for us to just move those slots around as we need. Ultimately those of us with permanent slots have paid for them and while I can understand not wanting to make them an 'account-wide' thing, I do feel that we should have more flexibility with them, without having to pester admins (who in turn just tell us to contact Nervous). It's extra work for everyone involved and makes very little sense to me. If there is a concern about people 'abusing' this, then simply add a cooldown to how frequently people can transfer their slots between characters. For example; a two week cool down, just like with the sale of properties. Relevant Commands/Items: It may require a couple of changes: A new section/settings on the UCP for this A new rule about slot transfers - or better yet, just have a cooldown through the UCP How will it benefit the server? I believe this will be super beneficial for a number of reasons: Less work/oversight for Property Management admins (frees them up to do other, more important things) - no more having to request keys on mapping alts, etc. A lot more flexibility for users OOC More RP potential for those who do mapping in an IC capacity Any negatives would be greatly outweighed by the positives, in my opinion

Short description: Rename furniture option in the furniture menu Detailed description: I would like to see after buying a piece of furniture in the list where you can also duplicate and sell it, the option that we can give the furniture its own name. This would make it so much easier for us to order the furniture in the list better. An example: Instead of Cream Rug I could give the furniture the name "Bathroom Cream Rug" so that I can find it easier. Short description: I found it rather annoying and counterintuitive when I've had to place furniture and wanted to disable it for an occasion, but had to delete it only to try and get the placement right again. This suggestion adds an Enable/Disable function to the furniture in the furniture menu. Detailed description: Rather simple yet essential, a basic ticker which can be toggled to enable/disable the selected furniture. This I believe could be done with a boolean array, storing the player's furniture's XYZ within that function and have the script memorize the "Is Enabled?" is true or false. The ticker can be added as follows: I believe there might be a similar feature within the outdoor area? I happened to stumble upon this on the feature's forum... Commands to add: N/A Items to add: Enabled / Disabled Boolean How would your suggestion improve the server? I believe it can boost productivity when applying furniture to your property. Having this option will make throwing parties, rearranging, comparing, etc. easier and somewhat of a more enjoyable experience when you want to move furniture out of the way temporarily. I will preface this by saying that I am not a developer for GTA:W so I do not have the foggiest idea how the furniture system is implemented or why it often misbehaves and makes people lose a bunch of money and time by rolling back their changes. However, I do work in Software Engineering - so if I were to take a wild stab at it, I would guess that the issue stems from the fact that furniture is saved in a HashMap or some other sort of data structure while people are moving stuff around, and that is saved in RAM and only periodically persisted to the database. Which means if the server crashes between one persisting round and another, changes are lost. Whether this is the case, or my hypothesis is entirely inaccurate, I would like to suggest giving owners/renters of properties who have the ability to access the "Construction" menu, to be also able to manually "Save Construction" of the property they are currently in. What this would do is force the game to persist all the spawned objects to the database with the new coordinates & rotations (or, if you want it smarter and quicker, to persist only the modified objects - which can be marked with a boolean flag). Presumably this is a resource-heavy operation, so we might want to limit the manual saves to say, 1 every 30 minutes per property. This way, when a decorator is working on a construction and they finish a particularly challenging bit, or a half hour passes by, they can take matters into their own hands and manually save to be sure that they do not lose their progress. Thoughts from players and clarifications from dev team would be greatly appreciated
