i'll agree with this, +1, maybe so instead of having both the payday and panda point notifications deleting/coming at the same time, they could even be together to make it simpler? such as payday notification coming in, and a panda point + at the bottom? hope people understand what i meant

i'll say this. restricting masks, and making it an ooc punishment, even if its just referring to a certain group? it'd ruin a lot of rp, and make masks basically unused and useless. people would just report others for using masks in any circumstance, even if it's roleplayed- which would also flood reports even MORE. if anything, it should in my opinion then be kept ICly fully, because bringing OOC punishments would for sure ruin it all.

It depends on the mask if i'm honest. If I see someone rocking one of the medical masks? I think that should be fine, people could roleplay them being sick and such, good roleplay! However, wearing ski masks and such? 24/7 for barely any reason, I think there should be either IC or OOC consequences, depending on the RP/person, whatever. I can't say for sure if there should be OOC or IC consequences though, since as I said, it should really depend on the situation! All up to the IC laws on masks and such too:!
