There are a lot of people who don't buy houses because they either can't afford one, or don't /need/ one, and it's something not worth going into debt for. I think right now there is a housing crisis, property management don't want to add in more houses because of the current amount of houses that are for sale. People don't want to buy houses because the location doesn't suit their character. I think there should be a compromise here, where property management should probably allow people to request houses, it won't happen due to the amount of requests that would get flooded in. To counter this, first of all, it should be against the rules for a person to rent out an apartment or house for $1 an hour and keep it like that. The only time this is acceptable is if they where RPing for example, a hostel or a motel. You should need a house to be able to register a business, become employed by the state, ect. There are ways for people to make money, there are loan companies, and jobs in excess available. I know of two companies, one being Goldenpalm, who supply a housing stipend for their executives. If more people bought houses, everyone else could RP living in a place that suits them. I currently live in an apartment in Downtown Vinewood that really doesn't suit my character, but I have to because people who live in Vespucci don't want to sell their house because they don't want to live in a shit apartment, and that's the same for Mirror Park, and obviously he wouldn't live in a hood. We need a way of creating a good housing economy, where yes, I think that a few houses up north in the hills should be put up for sale, from the $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 range, I also do think that you can't have a bunch of houses floating about. But realistically, the current amount of houses are greater then the playerbase. And unless you want everyone to live in the same place for fucking years, and for there to be no change in the housing market, then it will have to remain that way. I'm going to take a rough guess, and say that there is about 90-100 houses for sale right now. The playerbase is slowly creeping up, with new people, meaning that eventually the hood will get full, and that will then move to Vespucci, but this will take MONTHS. Personally, I believe where your character lives is a huge part of your characters story. This could be stupid, but - if we did a vote to remove 50% of the current houses for sale that are /not/ in the hood, and replaced that 50% with things like apartment blocks, suburbs with a variation of housing (South west rockford and Del Perro), and possiably a few luxury houses, then surely the housing economy would get better, there would be a greater variation in housing, and people would want houses more. Apartment blocks are something that is seriously needed, not only can there be a variation of apartments, with the top 3 floors being penthouses, it builds a community, the only communities I have seen that are revolved around housing, are the Rancho Projects, and Forum Dr. And that's not gang related, there are non gang affiliated people who live there who are friends with others due to the fact that they are all neighbours.

This would be great /however.../ There should be a realistic approach to this. There should be multiple "tiers" of cards, just like IRL. I feel like this is do-able with an item instead of a direct "y" and the money is deducted from your bank. To keep it in the GTA World it could go off of shark cards. Red Shark Card - 1.5% Interest, can only hold up to $50,000 Blue Shark Card - 1.0% Interest, costs $5000 and can hold up to $100,000 Black Shark Card - 0.5% Interest, costs $10000, only obtainable if you have maxed out all previous cards, can hold up to $250,000 Gold Shark Card - 0.1% Interest, only obtainable if total asset worth is above $1,000,000, must of maxed out all previous cards, can hold up to $500,000. The reason for the limits and prices is to prevent the whole LSRP interest system. It also adds exclusiveness to certain cards, if a person in a suit walks into a resturant irl, pulls out a black american express card, they mean business - and that is something that would be cool for all of us businessmen. This also prevents people only carrying cards and no cash. Businesses would pay .5% per transaction with a red shark card, however that will drop, and start to reach the negatives meaning they will make money as the tiers go up. Credit cards and the banking system is something that can be so amazing if made an IC, non-scriptwise thing. Which for example, is what my corporation is trying to do if we ever become an official faction. I think the idea of having debit cars are great, but it should have more realism to it.

A system where all of the revenue from a business goes directly into a faction bank, from which selected people within the faction who has been given permission can access it. There should also be the ability to add multiple businesses under one legal faction this makes things like corporations, or joint enterprises much more realistic, and easy to handle.

He wants to start a luxurious restaurant, and start to form a society of elites, and a lounge, where these people will meet, drink, party, and gamble together. I'm having an issue with my cinema. So I want to play movies and tv shows that aren't on youtube, I think the only way of doing this is buying the movie on youtube then doing it through Viloud. I can't show a livestream because it says error 6000, which basically means the "browser" doesn't support it. I don't know where else to upload a long video (movie) and then put it through viloud to embed into the cinema's script. If anyone can help me it would be seriously appreciated.

This would be really cool, especially with the unique items update. There could be phone companies, who design phones, i.e new skins unique to that specific item.

I'm not even unbanned on the server but I feel like this would be really good for the server; Now that pitch auctions are a thing, why don't you guys do regular pitch auctions for mansions and more luxurious homes around the city. I remember multiple characters who where seriously limited when it came to their characters develepmont because of the lack of locations when it comes to housing. You could have a multi-millionare business mougle living next to a guy who saved up for a couple months and bought a house. The way housing was implemented, was A LOT of houses in the same locations instead of spreading them out. I don't think putting the mansions up for sale is really ever a good idea, but for the right characters, and the right price it definitely should be. There would be some really good RP with it, the hills are secluded, each house is private, and that's what the rich irl want. A drug lord and a businessman being neighbours, going to eachother's parties... personally that sounds like it would be very interesting.
