  3. I fully support people who are against the idea of a hunger system based on it being an RPG element. But my support is subjective to the people who don't suport the hunger system - yet still RP hunger and thirst. There is an addiction system, that's the same thing if we're being realistic. Life is based on pysiological needs, and GTA:World is based on the real world. It is impossiable to replicate the real economy without /need/, need is the foundation of want. I'm for the hunger and thirst system, it's a real thing that's unavoidable. Yes it's an RPG element, but what's wrong with that? If the hunger system is persistent, it would push for some realism. You can plan and match times to eat so that your character won't be hungry the next time you 'wake up'.
  4. Yes, I know, it's a shit suggestion, I am a joke, yes, many funny ha yes. read it first Short Description: Remove admin intervention on IC actions. Long Description: There's a problem with the crime on the server. Everyone's a criminal because LSPD holds no contest to anyone, you can literally do whatever the fuck you want. That's an IC problem - the PD is shit and that's a fact, not their RP ability, or from an OOC standpoint, but from an IC standpoint, they're pretty terrible. Businesses should be allowed to be robbed at any given time, if the RP is below par in that robbery, the business owner, or anyone involved should report the robber, just like every other situation. It's impossible for the intention/reasoning behind robbing something to be unrealistic if someone wants to rob something, and they have the means to do so, they can. It's not a matter of realism on the criminal's side, it's a matter of realism on the PD's side. Crime should become more of an open thing, and in response, the LSPD should become much more of a serious thing. I've seen more cops parked AFK then I have seen driving around. Here's a little thing; Last night I was driving, I tabbed out, tabbed in, and I was on the other side of the road. I drive forward a bit and I get pulled over - that's fine. Note, I am in Rockford and we are outside a club. I go into a parking lot, pull over, comply, and 3 cop cars show up. I don't even get a citation. Does that sound realistic? I was denied permission to rob a jewelry store because it's in a rich area and my character "isn't a skilled shooter", yes, very true. A solid 50% of armed robberies occur with a replica weapon irl, and the majority of robberies are in rich areas, because rich people have more money, so they spend more money, so businesses hold more money. I'm just being straight up here, it's something i think should change to see a more realistic and difficult progression on the server. Anyone can be a criminal right now, there's no eluding police. Everything is done ICly from an OOC perspective, "you can't do this because it's unrealistic", but you can do it. If you can't do something, it's for a reason. Basically, admins should allow more crime, and put more regulation on the LSPD instead of criminals.
  5. The life and story of Abderrahmane Bouaziz. Abderrahmane Bouaziz, born Mohammed Attou was born in Telemly, Algiers. His father died in a fatal car accident when he was 13, and his mother worked as a seamstress for a small curtain manufacturing business. At the age of 16, Abderrahmane was already selling hash on the streets of Algiers, and by 18 he had made enough money to illegally immigrate to Paris. This is known as Harag, meaning "Those who burn". On arrival to Paris, Mohammed burned the entirety of his identification documents and changed his name to Abderrahmane Bouaziz unofficially. As a young petty thief and drug dealer in Algiers, Bouaziz used his wit to elude incarceration, his most notable process of elusion was his use of biscuit wrappers to conceal drugs and small stolen items - this gained Bouaziz the nickname 'Cookie' from his peers. Once in Paris, Bouaziz began to continue selling narcotics on the streets, he immigrated with two of his childhood friends, one of which had family members in Paris, giving Bouaziz and his colleagues a good footing for connections in Paris. He quickly began selling Crack Cocaine and Heroin to the junkies of france. By the age of 22, Bouaziz was living comfortably, sending €10,000 per month to his family in Algeria, allowing them to purchase a new home in the wilaya of 'Blida'. Bouaziz continued to make money through the years, saving up a good amount of money, and building strong connections with the Algerian street gangs of Paris, eventually joining a street gang. On the 7th of September 2019, Bouaziz was ambushed by junkies on a crack deal and was shot in the leg, in retaliation he shot and killed the attackers, leaving 4 dead. Bouaziz was not stressed about his actions - however in the following month, he received a notice from an informant that the police had received information about the homicide and his illegal immigration to the city. He quickly sent €60,000 to his family in Algeria, fleeing France to America with nothing but €25,000. On the 18th of October 2019, at the age of 24, Bouaziz arrived in Los Santos where he quickly met a distant cousin in Red County who gave him a vehicle and a place to sleep in the city. Bouaziz is currently residing in Vespucci, Los Santos. Little is known about his movements, however it is believed that he is still drug dealing and thieving. He currently works at Glass Heros, working for his new found friend 'Slasher', a prospect in the Vagos MC. PROFILE Full name: Mohammed Attou Alias: Abderrahmane Bouaziz, Cookie Residence: Vespucci Beach, Los Santos Place of birth: Telemly, Algiers Place of occupation: Strawberry, Los Santos Marital Status: Single Notable Features: - Terrible English with a strong Arabic accent. - Clear sense of self-righteousness and self-assurance. - Yellow smokers teeth. - Usually covered in oil. 6. Why r people toxic? I'm just trying to re-establish myself as a part of the community in a way that's not a meme, yet I get memed. Fairness

You know like, if I said one thing moderately snarky to anyone on this community I get muted or banned. If multiple people start being a dick to me, it's all good to lock the thread and laugh with them. It's actually not right - I did fuck all to anyone on this community yet you still all want to act like dicks the second I open my mouth. It wasn't an attempt to get unbanned, it was a thread on the general discussion talking about progression in the server, separate to me. How about we spam useless comments, nitpick at comments that are completely disconnected in an attempt to make yourself right when in reality you've just made yourself look like an idiot to anyone who's got half a brain and isn't trying to be funny 24/7. And then lock them. Let's keep it fair, or not, I know that's not usually an occurring theme around here. Watch my ban appeal get denied for this thread.

  9. The government very well may be active, but they're not doing what a government should be doing. I don't know if we're trying to create a pointless faction that drives motivation out of the people who work in it because they're looking for public engagement when in reality that's not what government is, or if we're trying to create a faction that has a severe impact on the way the state works. You want to have a government to debate, that's fine, but debate what? The things that are in place to debate are extremely basic, debating them would draw political opposition, yes, however political opposition and then what? There's nothing new, there's nothing changing. Maybe I'm wrong here, but the last time I checked governments do more than organizing dinners. You can't base the government of GTA:W on the government of California or a real government - it's impossible, it's like trying to paint The Reply Of The Zaporozhian Cossacks on a sheep with a crayon. First, you need to get the paint and the canvas. This is not a country, this not a 200 year old state.
  10. Wagwarn my people, This is my plan if father Keane shows mercy on a young boy. So I'm gonna create a relatively older character, with that character I'm going to merge some pre-existing short essays, and I'll be writing some new stuff on the question of truth, the line between fact and fiction and mans subjective nature on the matter. This will be my founding entry as the character, my first bit of work. From there I want to start a newspaper consisting of stories and public entries. This newspaper will be completely free domain and anyone is free to write for it. Once I start to find my feet I'll delve into a more progressive career, my goal is to form socialist infrastructure in the government. My main goal by the summer is to be the main support in the creation of a government-funded education system and health care system, including high school and university. This, of course, is something that would take a lot of planning and work however something completely achievable. If we can achieve non-NPC gained qualifications I feel like it will highly benefit and realize the progression of development for characters in the city. Whether this is something that is OOCly supported or not, is completely irrelevant to what I will do. People naturally will bring up the issue of the player base and the characters that make up the player base, and that is all well and fine because it's an obvious concern. Regardless of what the OOC matter is, it should be something we have IC and through taxation, we definitely have the means to make it happen. I really want to see more government interaction with the general player base, throughout my entire time here I've not seen any major changes to the way the lives of the characters in the city are affected by the government, not to say that there aren't any. With that being said, I feel like it's time for there to start being changes and for there to be development in the matter, making the government more than just a gateway for semi-political RP. My idea for the education system goes as such; High school, high school lasts 8 weeks, consisting of 5 classes a week. The high school would employ roughly 10 teachers, meaning there are 10 subjects in the school. For example; Maths, English, History, Geography, Interactive Digital Design, Film and Media Production, and a variety of other subjects that would be discussed ICly to create subjects with the most benefit to the people of the city. The classes are compulsory, each student must assign a range of time where they are free during the week to attend these classes, this will be aligned to support the entire school. There would be 5 classes a week consisting of curriculum-based teaching and learning, each week there is an assignment for the following week that is emailed to the subject teacher. The subject teacher marks the assignment with a unit grade, which is then added up to the final week. The final week would be a week of examination. The student will be faced with an examination of their subject(s). The examination grade makes for 75% of the final grade, the unit grades making up for the rest. Student 1 chooses to do one subject, History. He completes the course receiving an A throughout each assignment and a B in his exam, he finishes with an A. That final A makes 60 points. Student 2 chooses to do 4 subjects, History, Geography, English, Maths. For his assignments he achieves, A, B, B, C and for his exams he achieves C, A, C, A. His final grade comes out at A, A, B, A, Adding up to 210 points. University, university lasts 12 weeks, the structure is similar to high school except the courses are less intensive. There are two weekly assignments for each subject and there is only one lecture per subject per week. The subjects are more profound and require more effort. To apply for a course you must hold the correct amount of points for the subject. For example, philosophy would require 90 points achieved in literature and humanity based subjects. The degrees obtained by university and diplomas from high school are government recognized meaning if you intend to apply for a job in any government institution you may require a qualification gained through either high school or university. -- Separate to all of this, I will definitely push to look more into government spending with tax money. When I played Leonardo Nervetti I was paying up to $600 per cycle in tax, and I know for a fact there where many people richer than me who was paying more, this leads me to believe that there is most likely a lot of money in the government treasury that is not being used. If this is the case, I think there are a lot of jobs that can be created with the creation of government-funded or owned institutions. For example, media companies, including news, film, and TV, all funded by the government. This is due for much more development through the coming months, giving that I'm unbanned, if I am, then hopefully this becomes something. To be completely honest I might get bored and decide to play another less academic character, but I think I could really stick with this. All depends. Thanks lol if u read this then you're a champ.
  11. Having the skinniest neck known to man kind. Also for being a very good RPer
  12. This is just false. The relevence between the socioeconomic climate in Los Santos and Los Angeles is like the relevance between a pear and an apple. Economically, LS reflects an extremely basic, watered down economy found in 95% of the world, sociologically, LS reflects an extremely amplified society that you might find in places like Caracas. We need to think about this pragmatically, there needs to be rational intent, and realistic backing for that. For example, if someone decided to create a completely fictional lore on a completely new type of faction, holding great resemblence to something like the Yakuza, and that faction, historically, has every reason to come and opperate wether primarily or otherwise in LS, it should be allowed.

    Banning System.

This is gonna be fun. I honestly think we can build a versitile ban system that not only creates better roleplayers, but increases the playerbase. If you break a rule, you get banned, easy as. There shouldn't be kicks, warnings, or a-jails. This might sound dumb, however if you break this rule, you need to re-take a situational test and you are put back into the server if you pass. There should be multiaple easy to read guides that the people of the server could create to help these rule breakers actually learn how not break rules. This doesn't apply for people like me, if you can actually roleplay, and decide to break OOC rules, like being a toxic person, then you don't have this opportunity. I'm basically suggesting a rehabilitiation system for rule breakers to be able to re-join and become a member of the community. If these rule breakers have to put in the effort to write an exam, (1000-2000 words min.) and that exam being about roleplay, their intentions back on the server obviously isn't going to be to rulebreak, and if it is, ban them again, permenently. This isn't a suggestion anyway related to mine, I deserve my ban and at the time of every one of my bans (ban the last one), giving me a second chance would of been a bad idea.
  14. This is kinda contradictory though, wouldn't want to go into that too much OOC though.
  15. lets not add charging to phones. I don't see how charging your phone would benefit the economy in anyway.
