I would prefer that there's a court system in place and if people get sentenced to death, then they would get CKed by lethal injection or something like that.

I don't think this is a very good idea. As Airwolf said, if someone major happens and people in the area can't see the /me then I think that's a problem. -
This is a good idea. A towing license will take money out of the economy, plus it will give PD more to do. People will want to RP as mechanics and drive towtrucks because of the introduction of the mechanic job.
