  3. The Take Down The Romano Family, most known for the notorious "Gangster's" dating back to the 80's for Extortion, Fraud, and Murder in 1989 Vincent Romano home was raided at 11:42 pm by LSPD there they found extreme amounts of cocaine and marijuana along with roughly around 60 fire-arms, Vincent was charged with RICO charges for being the ring leader of the Romano Crime Family and he was also charged for the items found inside his home during the raid, Once Vincent was charged with the RICO charges there was 28 other Family members charged with him on similar charges under the RICO act, This was a major setback for the Crime family as the ring leader was no longer able to run operations anymore this caused the existing members to move in silence under the code of "Omereta" which is a code of silence prohibiting you from speaking on the Family to informants or anyone not included in the Family, while Vincent is sitting behind bars serving 48 years for the crimes he has committed the Family has set a new "Capo" Tommaso Romano one of the seven brothers of Vincent, He was chose to take over operations while Vincent is locked up, The family has gave their trust to him believing he will lead the family in the correct direction, Tommaso was leading the family for 20 years no issues. Modern Day Activities The modern-day Romano's can be seen wearing suits along with luxury watches and high-end sport vehicles, Tommaso Romano was shot and killed, January 18th, 2015, causing yet another setback within the family, the family quickly caught wind of the death and selected another Capo to be in charge and direct them and his name is Alfred Romano the air of the famous Vincent Ramano from the 80's, Alfred is currently running his family day in and day out causing no issues along with no other family rivalries at the moment, he has been able to keep a low profile for himself and the family, keeping them right under the radar and able to make alot of 'dough' without paying the price in the 'pen' , Alfred's right hand, Paul "Paulie" Ramano who is Vincent's nephew making him and Alfred first cousins, Most of the time Alfred and Paul cannot be seen apart from each other and without the heavy security of the family around and always watching. Ramano v/s Cavallero The Ramano's have been in a long-term war with the Cavallero's for decades now, a lot of the family strongly believes they are in charge for the famous "Vincent Ramano's death in the last 80's, this strong accusation has caused the hate for the Cavallero's to grow even stronger on behalf of the Ramano's to the point where Kids and even Wifes are being killed just to send messages between the family's, The Capo of the Cavallero is Tommy Cavallero other known as Teddy he has been the Capo for decades now running operations on their behalf, there is a huge want for his head some are willing to pay up to $$$ just to see his body deceased, Teddy is known for prostitution, and extortion these are the most famous things he is known for, most people fear the Cavallero's because they are the type of family to offer 'protection' to business owners and other crews around the city, the Romano's are at the point where its kill on site with these guys, Alfred Romano has greenlit the command for Tommy Cavallero to be taken out if seen but so far nobody has seen Teddy in a few years, some wonder if he is still even living. - The Bombing On September second 2014 one of the Romano's underbosses was car bombed around 11:32 PM, his vehicle was planted with 26 proximity explosives, and when he was opening the vehicle's door the explosives went off causing the huge explosion killing him almost instantly, Tommaso Ramano the capo at the time, was in charge of figuring out who sent the attack and how he was going to return the not so nice gesture, and he did exactly that, almost two weeks after the death of the underboss Tommaso ordered a hit on Dominic Cavallero and later on that same day Dominic was gunned down coming outside of a supermarket in downtown LS. - The Kid Napping Tony Cavallero one of the few 'made men' of the Cavallero's, his wife was kidnapped while she was at a beauty parlor getting groomed, and three males jumped out of a van with medium-sized weapons and through a bag on top of her head and dragged her into the back of the van, she was brought to an abandoned warehouse and they began elite torture on her using gasoline and jumper cables to crucify her even more, Tony soon was to realize his wife never came home at the Beauty parlor run so he began to worry in though something bad had happened to her while she was out and about, Tony called up a few of the other Cavallero's and they all loaded up looking for the where abouts of Tony's wife, around three AM they had found a black van parked outside of a ran down warehouse close to the middle of no where , they kicked the door down and seen Tony's wife, two Cavallero's opened fire on the Ramano's there killing both of them almost instantly, Tony was able to retrieve his wife and flea the scene before the police arrived.

  6. FUDGELANE MAFIA CRIP The Fudge Lane Mafia Crips are a Afro-Latino street gang located/based on the East Side of Los Santos, San Andreas. Their turf spans from Fudge lane to Amarillo Vista although they mainly stay at Fudge lane and are stretched a little thinner at Amarillo Vista. They have two main cliques and they are the V-Ridaz(Vista Riders) and the 108th Street Locs, there are other cliques such as the Eastside Boyz although they are the lesser known clique and don't seem to have many people in their clique. They are known to be a violent gang that are all about money and power, they aren't afraid to go out and do what other won't. HISTORY The Fudge lane Mafia Crips originated in the 1970s on East Los Santos, an area mainly occupied by Mexican gangs such as Varrio King Kobras 13 and other gangs on the East Side. The group was formed by a small clique of Afro-Latinos that attended Davis Highschool and all grew up surrounded by various Mexican gangs and were tired of having to be "forced" to join gangs and other groups that would tear people apart over a thing such as race. For various other reasons separate from the main one they formed one of the only Afro-Latino gangs in all of Los Santos at the time. This gang allowed various individuals of two or more different ethnicities to welcome each other as brothers and sisters. This caused a slow but steady growth in the area and they grew to be one of the more well known gangs in East Los Santos all the way to the other ends of LS. Of course, to fund their growth they began to deal drugs and rob store as well as plan other small-scale schemes. They were heavily involved in serving crack in the 80's and that became their main income for the time being and cocaine/crack are still their main incomes in the drug trade. This later moved onto selling and receiving firearms and participating in extortion of small businesses(Local Gas stations and other local businesses) . It wasn't long till' their schemes had broken down and been reduced to pieces by the feds as in the year 1998 the police had cracked down on them and detained the 3 Head Hunchos of the gang, "OG Pookie", " Big Boy" and "Cookie". They had been found with multiple firearms, drugs and large amounts of counterfeit money at a crack house in the area that was originally an abandoned and broken down house. They had also caught about 15 other individuals involved with the gang and had arrested & sentenced a majority of them to a minimum of 15 years. Not including the Head Hunchos as they were sentenced to life in prison with no parole due to their involvement in multiple deaths and the drug trade as well as their distribution of firearms. They had made a fair share of enemies during there great reign on the streets but a fair share of allies as well and when some were placed in the penitentiary(jail, prison) they had a great opportunity to grow and function from the inside. And although their numbers dwindled in the streets they grew strong in the prisons and still had a strong grip on the youth of the Eastside of Los Santos. MODERN DAY FUDGE LANE CRIP Due to the incarcerations' of the Honchos of the group many of them are young men and women that parole the streets that are left without guidance to the right path and are ruthless individuals with the oldest members being around 35, although this doesn't mean they're weak and still have influence in the streets. They have gotten more violent than before and are becoming a more reputable gang once more. Of course, they don't have as many members as they had originally as many are killed or locked up but they keep a strong mindset and keep the name of the 108th Fudge Lane Crips alive and well in the streets. INSIGNIA OOC INFORMATION This faction is heavily based off on a southside set of the real life Fudge Town Mafia street gang with a mix of Sureno street gang culture, It is recommended you do your research on Fudge Town and Sureno gangs to get a grip of the what the roleplay might be. Know that before you can join the faction you will have to have good roleplay(obviously) and understand that we priorities character development/growth and roleplay over everything else in the faction, Even Head Honchos aren't exempt and if you are seen slacking(Horrible roleplay, etc) you will be punished accordingly(kicked/banned from the faction, suspended from the faction, etc). All GTAW rules and guidelines must be followed upon joining the faction and any rulebreakers will be dealt with swiftly. If you are interested in joining the faction and have any concerns, you can PM me @sheff3x, or @sheff#8229 (on discord) to request an invite to the faction.
  7. Short description: A simple QOL function within the faction garage script to allow people in command positions of said faction to create categories and add vehicles to them, for ease of scrolling through and finding exactly what you want. Detailed description: As it stands, especially in factions with many, many vehicles (The emergency services factions have hundreds put together), it can sometimes be just a bit laborious to find exactly what you want, short of memorizing license plate numbers. This is eased somewhat with the practice of using specific combinations of numbers for vehicle plates, which you can search, but that's still not a perfect system. This would make it simple and painless to literally categorize vehicles by, for example, their divisions in PD/SD. How it works: When opening up the faction garage, a commanding member of the faction can click a button to create a category. As I'm a PD Player, I'll use Traffic as an example. This allows them to then select vehicles to be added with a simple check box system, not unlike checking off emails. Once satisfied with this, you'd name the category and click the button to add the vehicles to it! Now you can simply collapse or expand a tab with all of those specifically-categorized vehicles, or else only show that category. They could be just as easily removed and reassigned, and new ones could be added to a pre-existing category. This would only need to be done once, and would definitely ease up finding exactly what you want. To add to this, you could even have a small section of "Notes" about each vehicle to be filled out on a per-vehicle basis, as needed. This would likely be best for naming a specific vehicle, for example if you have multiple of one vehicle and they have similar plates, this would be an easy way to identify them without needing to spawn and despawn them. Commands to add: No commands, but a couple of extra buttons and UI functions on the faction garage window as laid out above: Create/Remove from Category, Change Note, Category Select, etc. Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? This is a simple Quality of Life suggestion that could make browsing faction garages, especially for factions with large amounts of vehicles, much easier on top of looking a lot more organized. It would also help ease the learning process for new players to said factions. Additional information: I looked and couldn't find anything on this being suggested before. I don't know if this would be a pain to add or not, it's just something that came to me while I was on lunch break today. I'll gladly try and mock-up an example if necessary.

    Indictment CK

Indictment CK I have a suggestion that in my opinion will change the whole outlook of Police-Illegal Faction RP, the way each factions roleplay with each other, their members, and it will improve the effectiveness of the police against organised crime (illegal factions). My suggestion is to create an Indictment CK system. Indictments are of course charges made against a person, or persons with claims of serious crimes. Using laws, and such, like the RICO Act, the Police would have the option to get search warrants, warrants for wiring a house, people, and other things like that. They can offer caught mobsters that they either give up their friends, and help the Police at court/wire them, or they get Indictment CK. Wiring would mean that a person, or a house has cameras, or sound recorders. Of course, these need to be roleplayed to be hidden at places, and screenshots need to be taken about placing them. Warrants are also needed to place these, which could be requests to Faction Management with a basis of course that the place to be wired is a place of criminal activities. If proven, the police could get the equipment, and place it in the house, hiding it. These don’t need to be actual items, or they could be implemented like that. These could be simply roleplayed, but of course, everything needs to be screenshotted, so that no metagaming is involved. Indictment CK would work like this: The Police gather evidence like photographs, voice recordings (these are screenshots, of course), items, witness reports, and so on, and so on. With these, they gather proof against persons of interest to be indicted. After that, there could be a trial (this could lead to a lawyer career to be created on the server, as well) which can either decide of the character gets „CKed” or not. Of course, I don’t mean a literal CK, I mean getting a life sentence that is essentially like a CK. This could not only improve the Police’s chances against criminal organisations, and create great RP opportunities, but it could also mean that a lot of people will stop randomly robbing, and pillaging around the server, as they could be reported, and in time, they might get a life sentence that can basically CK them, forcing them to change their logic, or stop completely. It might take some time, and effort to create this feature, but if it is done, the RP qualities of the server would improve a lot, and the Police could get a lot more chances, and power against the criminals (since it’s obvious that the criminals overpower the Police at this moment on the server).
  10. First thing is FIRST! A Bounty Hunter is a person who pursues a criminal or fugitive for whom a reward is offered. Therefore in this suggestion, I am going to list two types of Bounty Hunters we could have on the server that would hopefully add a lot of RP to the server! This faction/division would be invited only due to the possibilities of Metagaming. 1st Option Jail Bonds Bounty Hunter: A Jail Bond Bounty Hunter would work in such way that, a criminal convicted of a crime and sent to jail waiting for a court date could get out by getting a jail bond. To get a jail bond they would need to come up with a sum of cash that would be related to the crime(s) they committed. Once they pay the down payment they get released and have to show up to their court date + pay monthly payments to the jail bond company. These payments could be optional so that if someone chooses to not pay they will be chased down by a Bounty Hunter and put into jail. The Bounty Hunter would then get the money offered from that bond. If the person fails to pay the payments they would not be able to get a rebond if they were taken in for not paying their bond. To do this you would need to: Add Jail Bonds Increase Jail Time Add Bounty Hunter faction / Police Division (Invite only where you must have been a police officer or something in that nature) Examples: 2nd Option Wanted List Bounty Hunter: A Wanted List Bounty Hunter would be searching for criminals on a wanted list (created by the PD on a public or private forum accessible by Bounty Hunters). If a suspect commits a crime and gets put on a wanted list for something he will be looked for, his information will be posted on the wanted list. This information would include his description: weight, height, race, nationality. As well as the suspect's helpful info: job, home address, vehicle's plate/description, and crime committed. The Bounty Hunter would be responsible for arresting the man, and he would get the reward set on the suspect. The reward would be based on his crimes (felonies only). To do this you would need to: Add a wanted list (On PD forums as a thread - accessible for Bounty Hunters) Add Bounty Hunter faction / Police Division (Invite only where you must have been a police officer or something in that nature) Examples: http://www.fugitivehunter.org/ Vehicles / Equipment These Bounty Hunters would be equipped as if they were a police officer with these items: MEDICAL SUPPLIES BODY ARMOR ( Would say Fugitive Recovery Agent) MDC UNDERCOVER VEHICLES NOTE: These vehicles would be modified vehicles that have a cage in the back, or old retired police vehicles that have siren & lights removed. Duty Belt including Handcuffs, Service Weapon, Tazer, Baton, Radio, etc. Bounty hunter badge (picture above) What Roleplay abilities does this add? Well, it adds a roleplay factor to being arrested. Instead of a criminal sitting in jail for an hour+ he can choose to pay his way out but, have to either pay a lot of cash in payments overtime or face the consequences of not paying and being hunted down and rearrested. In another aspect, it adds the fact that if someone commits a crime and they get caught on camera, their description is known to the public and they will be hunted by Bounty Hunters. Obviously, we'd have to implement a system to where you don't put someone on the wanted list unless you have valid evidence that they've done the accused crimes. Regulations Are not allowed to detain anyone unless they have PID. MDC is a modified version, they only have access to certain criteria such as: Bounty info, Background on suspects, and any tool nessecary to be able to identify/find the suspect. Must contact PD and notify them before they go on the hunt.
  11. The Ward Family A family of brothers and sisters The Ward Family was made in Detroit, 1972 when a woman named Amelia Ward decided to take in stray, homeless kids and orphans into her quite large home in the neighborhoods close to the Brewster-Douglass housing projects. Amelia had gotten quite a good job in an architecture firm, as a secretary and receptionist for the CEO. She was earning quite a lot of money, but she didn't want it all, so she spent it on giving gone kids a home. By gone, I really mean gone. They'd be dead or with gangs, soon to be dead if they weren't in her home. Amelia had four children of her own. One son in 1996, her oldest. Two more sons in 1997 and 1998. Let's just say, she got very busy with a man. She then had a daughter in 1999 aswell. The home housed a huge family. There were at least 10 young boys who weren't biologically family to Amelia, yet were considered a part of the Ward family. In total, in the two seperate houses Amelia owned and had together with her husband, restored and linked the yards together, they were raising and handling 18 kids. It was just one big happy family. Amelia and her husband would struggle to keep the boys and even the girls out of gangs, but were quite good at it. The boys were very defensive of their home, you could almost call the Ward family its own little clique. Picture of Amelia, 2nd November, 2001. In 2016, Amelia started taking in new kids as a lot of her old kids had moved out. They moved as a group, to Los Santos and they still considered themselves a part of the Ward family. They even went through the trouble of legally changing their last names. Brothers and sisters, forever. Picture of a few non-biological Ward brothers who bought a store, 19th of June, 1999. Picture of Amelias three boys when they were kids. Lee on the left, James in the middle and Darnell on the right. 2006. The man is their grandfather. A bunch of Ward brothers and some of their friends socializing, 2010. The Ward Family is just a gang that aims to live as brothers and sisters, always there for each other and helping. Whether they're into legal activities or illegal ones, they'll always have each other. They still do look for others to introduce to their siblinghood. They don't claim turf, they figure that's a fast way to get killed. The Ward family just sticks together. (( RP will regularly be posted to this thread. If you wanna join or anything, send me a PM. Since according to story, there's always brothers and sisters of the Ward family moving out of Detroit to join others in the US, you can almost always join. ))
